The Community Outreach, Presentations, Promotions, and External Relations (COPPER) Team is responsible for much of how the team is received by those outside of the ARVP. COPPER Team's tasks include:

• outreach projects (such as Lego Mindstorms competitions and soldering tutorials)
• poster, T-shirt, and website design
• preparing material for sponsors and media
• organizing team building events (Blood Drive, ARVP Bowling, etc.)
