Motherboard (MoBo) has been disconnected and set aside. I will document the process of reconnecting it to Ursa. During the process, the RC's commands are all set for the right analog stick.
Also, the power switch has been flaky, so I am swapping it out for a new one.
Have not yet tested Hobo mode yet.

Power switch replaced. Wiimote in progress. Cable connectors may be found in cable drawer including page illustrating connections for new Mobo.

Recently, during our trip to NAIT, the team discovered a flaw in the HoBo mode. Last year the code was altered so that the input to the wheels was inverted (left -> right, right -> left). This was done to facilitate the use of the RC, which works well, but now when Ursa thinks that it is turning left, it's moving right and vice versa. To account for this, we decided to invert the input from the laser SIC. What all this means is this: When Ursa sees something on the left, it thinks that it is on the right so it tries to turn left. When I thinks that it is turning left, it's really turning right. So in this case, two wrongs make a right (sort of...). This still needs to be fixed, but will have to do for now until the team has more time.
